Multi-Tenant System

So today begins my first ever adventure through the wonders of building a multi-tenant app. The idea is somewhat under wraps, but I think I’m going to go through and make some mint tutorials (they may be rubbish, but the idea will get out) on how to make a multi-tenant app using my favourite framework Kohana.

I have started by drawing a concept of what the system will be like - this is only the beginning, I will add more as I build (read ‘fight’) the system :)

Seeing this legend next month at Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand - can’t wait!

So, a new job! Glassie at Monkey Bar here in Dunedin, seriously the most awesome job on the entire planet! Never have I ever had so much fun working with the best group of people doing a hard but thoroughly enjoyable job! Ever though of working at a bar? I say - do it!

Think more, design less. Many desperate acts of design (including gradients, drop shadows, and the gratuitous use of transparency) are perpetrated in the absence of a strong concept. A good idea provides a framework for design decisions, guiding the work.
